Jim is also hugely experienced sporting events production manager, specialising in route management and route safety of elite and mass participation sporting events on the highway, working on events including:

- 2023 UCI Safety Manger - Aigle, Switzerland (a qualification required for Men’s and Women’s UCI World Tour and Pro Series race organisations)
